RETURNS FAQ
RETURNS
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Please note that clearance items, custom-made pieces, limited editions, and items discounted by 25% or more are final sale. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. A processing and handling fee of $5 (Canada/USA) or $10 (international) will apply to cover return processing.
RETURNS APPROVAL
All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved. Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition to be eligible. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, free of damage, with all original packaging, accessories, dust bags, cloths, and tags (if applicable) intact. Missing items, including gifts, will be deducted from the refund at original store value.
RETURNS PROCESSING TIME
Once your return is received, processing may take up to 14 days, or 21 days during the holiday season. Domestic & International Returns Orders within Canada and the United States are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery, based on the tracking details provided by the carrier. For international orders, return shipping costs may be higher. Please contact us directly so we can assist you in the best way possible. All returns must be approved before shipping. A $10 processing and handling fee will apply to international returns. We carefully consider all return-related costs, including environmental impact.
NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS
Items marked as ‘clearance’ or purchased at a discount of 25% or more are final sale. Gift card purchases are also final sale. Store credits are final sale and must be used within their stated validity period and any applicable restrictions. Custom-made and limited-edition items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns may be declined or adjusted if items show signs of wear, use, or alterations from their original condition.
REFUND METHOD
Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method, less the applicable processing and handling fee. If a replacement is not available for defective or incorrect items, a refund or store credit will be provided.
EXCHANGES
If you purchased the wrong size or item, we recommend repurchasing the correct item promptly to ensure availability, and initiating a return for the original purchase. For exchange inquiries, please contact us, and we will assist with the best resolution for your order.

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item upon delivery, please contact us at hello@offinstyle.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
Once approved, we will provide a suitable resolution:
- If a replacement is available, it will be shipped at no additional cost.
- If the item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued.
Warranty & Defective Items
At Offinstyle, we take pride in our craftsmanship and quality. Our products are designed to be both stylish and durable, but like all luxury accessories, they require care.
30-Day Limited Warranty
We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects only:
- Structural flaws (e.g., cracks forming under normal use, misaligned prints)
- Faulty adhesives or non-functional components
To file a warranty claim, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos and proof of purchase.
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, scuffs)
- Accidental damage (drops, spills, exposure to heat/ UV, water, or chemicals)
- Modifications, self-repairs, or improper handling
Resolutions
If your claim is approved, we will offer:
- A replacement of the same item (if available)
- A store credit if a replacement is unavailable
Refunds are not issues for warranty claims
